Part 1 of getting your mornings back

How to create client folders your AI can actually read

Right now, your day starts like this:

You spend 20 minutes a day per client going through their reports.

One client: 20 minutes ☹️.
Five clients: 100 minutes 😡.
Every single day 🤬.

Now picture that report already waiting in your inbox before you wake up. Read, summarised, with the one thing you need to act on at the top.

That's 100 minutes back, every day.

THE IDEA

EUKA GIVES YOUR AI THE NUMBERS

Not the story

That's where this series is heading. But an automated report is only as good as what your AI knows about the client. So we start with the foundation.

Here's the catch. The EUKA MCP (the plug that connects EUKA to your AI) pulls the live data: GMV, creators, samples, ad spend. What it can't know is that the hero product is the travel size, that the founder hates discount codes, or that live selling flopped in March.

So a report built on numbers alone tells you what happened. Not what it means for that client.

Step one is one folder per client, with a short brief your AI reads before anything else. Build it this week. Next Wednesday, we put it to work.

WHAT YOU NEED

THREE THINGS

and you probably have two of them

  • ChatGPT or Claude. Any paid plan that has Projects. No terminal, no code. It all happens in the app you already use.

  • Your EUKA MCP details. The server address and your key. If you do not have them, the button in step 2 is where to start.

  • Twenty minutes and one client’s brand info. Pick the account you know best, not the one that worries you most. You want to see what good looks like before you do the messy one.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 1 OF 5

MAKE ONE PROJECT PER CLIENT

Step 1: one project per client, Brand A, Brand B, Brand C

ChatGPT and Claude both have Projects: a folder inside the app with its own files and instructions. Make one per client. Brand A, Brand B, Brand C.

That's your filing system. No database, no new tool. Separate projects stop one client's details leaking into another client's answers.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 2 OF 5

CONNECT EUKA ONCE

Step 2: connect EUKA to your AI once and it works in every project

Add EUKA as a connector in your AI's settings. You need two things from EUKA: the MCP address and your key. This walks you through it for your tool:

Do it once. It then works in every project.

Test it: open a chat and ask "What brands can you see in EUKA?" If it lists your clients, you're connected. If not, nothing below works, so fix it here.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 3 OF 5

RUN THE PROMPT INSIDE THE CLIENT'S PROJECT

Step 3: paste the prompt, your AI reads EUKA, the brief gets written

Open Brand A's project and paste this prompt, with the client's name swapped in. Copy it, keep it, hand it to whoever runs the account day to day. It's free and there's no form.

You have access to the EUKA MCP. Write a brief for one client
so that future chats start already understanding the account.

Client: [BRAND NAME]

Work through this in order. Ask me rather than guessing.

1. Find the brand in EUKA and confirm you have the right shop
   before you pull anything else.
2. Last 90 days: GMV by channel, top products by revenue, order
volume, and the month over month trend.
3. The creator picture: how many creators are active, samples sent
versus approved, which creators actually drive sales, and the
   drop-off at each stage.
4. The ad picture: what is running, spend, ROAS, and which
   creatives are carrying it.
5. Shop health: performance score, any policy or account health
flags, and anything currently gating affiliate access.

Then write the brief with these headings:

- Snapshot: what this brand is, what it sells, who buys it
- The numbers: the figures above, each with the date pulled
- What is working: the products, creators and creatives actually
  producing revenue
- What is not: the leaks, and the stage each one happens at
- Constraints: what is blocking growth right now
- Open questions: what you could not answer from EUKA, listed
for me to fill in myself

Rules:
- Every number gets a date beside it. An undated number rots
quietly and then lies to me.
- If EUKA does not hold something, write "not in EUKA". Never
  estimate it.
- Keep it under two pages. This gets read at the start of every
chat, so length costs me money.

Your AI pulls the account from EUKA and writes a short brief. Takes a few minutes. Go and make a coffee.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 4 OF 5

GO THROUGH IT WITH A RED PEN

Step 4: AI fills in the numbers, you add the judgement

This is the actual job. It'll get the numbers right and the judgement wrong.

Spend fifteen minutes adding what EUKA doesn't know. What the founder will and won't do. What you've already tried. What's off limits.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 5 OF 5

SAVE IT, THEN DO THE REST

Step 5: every client project has its brief saved, every chat starts knowing the brand

Save the finished brief as a file in that client's project, or paste it into the project instructions. Now every chat in that project starts already knowing the brand. No re-explaining.

Update it when something real changes. It's a brief, not a diary.

Then repeat steps 3 to 5 for every other client. EUKA's already connected, so it's new project, same prompt, new name.

Five clients takes an afternoon. It's the last afternoon you'll spend explaining any of them from scratch.

THAT'S A WRAP

P.S. Man-flu is real (tell my wife)…… but seriously, I had the flu and this setup allowed me to be man-down and still on top of things… set it up now and forget it

P.P.S. If you are lazy like me….. don’t bother reading this, but rather “copy and paste” this URL/email to your AI and it will get started
