THIS ISSUE:
Part 3 of getting your mornings back
You've got the report. Now act on it.
Last week your AI started writing you a report every morning.
Nice. But a report that says "something's off" is still you doing the digging.
Today we find exactly where it's off. One prompt, one broken stage, one fix.
Find the leak. Fix the leak. Ignore the rest.

THE IDEA
YOUR FUNNEL HAS ONE BROKEN STAGE
Not six. One.
Every creator on TikTok Shop walks the same path.
You contact them.
They ask for a sample.
You approve it.
It arrives.
They post.
The post sells.
Six stages. And in most accounts, only one of them is really broken.
Here's a real one. Brand A, last 30 days:
8,995 creators contacted
64 asked for a sample. That's 0.7%
28 samples approved
0 posted yet (all still inside their posting window)
Nobody needs more outreach here. Nearly 9,000 creators saw the offer.
The leak is the offer, not the volume.
No morning report yet? Do Part 2 first. And Part 1's brief needs to be in the project too.

WHAT YOU NEED
THREE THINGS
and you already have two of them
The client's project from Part 1, with the brief inside.
EUKA connected to your AI. Same test: ask "What brands can you see in EUKA?"
Fifteen minutes for your first client.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 1 OF 2
PASTE THE LEAK FINDER

Open the client's project and paste this. Like last week, it only reads. It can't message a creator, approve a sample or touch an ad.
You are my TikTok Shop analyst. You have access to the EUKA MCP.
Your job: find the ONE stage of this client's creator funnel
that is losing the most creators, and tell me why.
Client: [BRAND NAME]
BEFORE YOU PULL ANYTHING
Read the brief in this project. If there is no brief, stop and
tell me.
This is a read-only job. Do not send messages, approve or reject
samples, change ads or edit anything in EUKA. You report. I act.
WHAT TO PULL (last 30 days, and the 30 days before for comparison)
1. The creator outreach funnel: contacted, requested samples,
received samples, posted content, drove sales
2. Sample requests: how many requested, how many approved, how
many are waiting for a decision and how long the oldest has
waited
3. Posting: samples shipped, posted, still inside their posting
window, and past it with no video
4. Sales: affiliate GMV and orders, and how many videos made at
least one sale
5. Shop health: current score and any top issues
HOW TO FIND THE LEAK
- Work out the conversion from each stage to the next.
- Compare each one with the 30 days before AND with any target
in the brief.
- The leak is the stage with the biggest drop that is also worse
than before or worse than target. Pick ONE.
- Do not call a stage broken if creators are still inside their
posting window. Say how many are pending instead.
- Under 10 creators at a stage, give me counts, not percentages.
- If shop health is under 3.0, flag it first. A low score can
limit affiliate access and makes every other stage look worse.
MATCH THE LEAK TO A LIKELY CAUSE
- Contacted to requested is low: the offer. Commission, product,
or who we are contacting.
- Requested to approved is low: we are turning creators away or
leaving them waiting.
- Approved to received is low: stock or shipping.
- Received to posted is low: no follow-up, or the wrong creators.
- Posted to sold is low: the product page, the price, or the
content itself.
Say "likely" when you are guessing.
WRITE IT IN THIS ORDER
- THE LEAK: the stage, the number, and the likely cause, in
three sentences.
- THE FUNNEL: a small table. Each stage, this 30 days, the 30
days before, conversion to the next stage.
- WHAT I'D CHECK FIRST: three things to look at in EUKA, most
likely first.
- NOT A LEAK YET: anything worth watching but too early to call.
- MISSING: anything above that EUKA did not return.
RULES
- Under 300 words.
- Never estimate or fill in a number. If EUKA does not have it,
put it under MISSING.
- Name the product, campaign or creator group. "Outreach is
weak" is no use to me.
- Plain English. No jargon, no cheerleading.
- Put the date ranges at the top. Here is an example:

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 2 OF 2
FIX ONE THING. YOURSELF.

The AI found it. You fix it.
Leak at the offer? Test a higher commission on the hero product, or change who you're contacting.
Leak at approvals? Clear the queue. (That's Part 5, in two weeks.)
Leak at posting? Message the creators sitting on samples.
One fix per week. Change three things at once and you'll never know which one worked.

THAT'S A WRAP
Until Friday,
- Paul 👊
P.P.S. If you are lazy like me….. don't bother reading this, just paste this email's link into your AI and tell it to find the leak for one client.
