THIS ISSUE:
Part 4 of getting your mornings back
What the MCP can't do (and why that's your job)
Three weeks in. Your AI reads every brand, writes the report and finds the leak.
So here's the awkward question.
What's left for you?
Quite a lot, it turns out. Today we draw the line, so you know exactly where the AI stops…… and where you start earning your fee.

Know where it stops. Own what's left.

THE IDEA
THE AI HAS HANDS, NOT EYES EVERYWHERE
Some doors are still shut
The MCP connects your AI to EUKA. EUKA connects to TikTok Shop.
But TikTok Shop doesn't open every part of its platform to outside tools. Some data comes through. Some doesn't. Some only comes through if the client has connected the right account.
And some things were never data in the first place. Like whether a creator's video actually fits the brand. Or whether the founder is about to walk.
That's not a weakness. That's the job description.
The agencies that'll struggle are the ones selling what the AI now does for free: pulling numbers, writing summaries, spotting drops.
The ones that win sell what's left.

WHAT YOU NEED
TWO THINGS
and a pen
The client's project, with the brief inside.
EUKA connected to your AI.
Twenty minutes. Ten for the AI, ten for you to think.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 1 OF 5
ASK IT WHAT IT CAN'T SEE

Most people find the AI's blind spots by accident, in front of a client. Find them on purpose.
Paste this. It only reads.
You are my TikTok Shop analyst. You have access to the EUKA MCP.
Today I am not asking for a report. I want an honest list of
what you CAN and CANNOT see for this client.
Client: [BRAND NAME]
This is a read-only job. Do not send messages, approve or reject
samples, change ads or edit anything in EUKA.
TRY TO PULL EACH OF THESE (last 7 days is fine)
1. Shop GMV and orders
2. Affiliate GMV, orders and the top creators by sales
3. The creator outreach funnel
4. Sample requests waiting for a decision
5. Creator messages and replies
6. GMV Max ads: spend, sales and ROI
7. Shop health score and top issues
8. Video views and which videos made sales
9. Product stock levels
FOR EACH ONE, TELL ME
- GOT IT: the data came back. Give me one number as proof.
- EMPTY: the call worked but returned nothing.
- FAILED: the call errored. Quote the error in a few words.
- NOT CONNECTED: EUKA says an account needs connecting first.
- NO TOOL: there is no way for you to get this.
RULES
- Never guess. If a call fails, say FAILED. Do not fill the gap
with an estimate or with an older number.
- Do not try more than twice on any one item.
- Under 250 words. A simple table, then one line on the biggest
gap.
End with:
- MISSING: everything that was EMPTY, FAILED, NOT CONNECTED or
NO TOOL, in one list.
HOW IT WORKS: STEP 2 OF 5
READ THE MISSING LIST

On one of our accounts this week, three things came back missing:
The shop health score. The call came back empty.
Total video views. Not available for the date range.
Ads. The client's ads account wasn't connected, so there was nothing to read.
Yours will be different. That's the point. Every client has their own blind spots, and now you know this client's.
Some you can fix in five minutes (connect the ads account). Some you can't. Write both down.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 3 OF 5
WRITE YOUR HUMAN-ONLY LIST

Now the pen. Two columns.
The AI does: pulling numbers, spotting drops, finding the leak, drafting the summary.
You do: everything on the MISSING list, plus the stuff that was never data:
Watching the content. Does this video actually sell the product, or just get views?
Picking the creators. Who fits the brand. Who's worth a second sample.
The client. Their mood, their cash, their boss. No dashboard shows you that.
The call. Push harder, hold, or change course. The AI can suggest. You decide.
Saying yes. Every sample approval, every message to a creator, every ad change. Yours.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 4 OF 5
PUT YOUR JOBS IN THE MORNING REPORT

Open the brief. Add one line:
"Every Monday, remind me to check: [your two or three human-only jobs for this client]."
Now Part 2's report nags you about the bits it can't do. Nothing falls through the gap just because the AI couldn't see it.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 5 OF 5
SHOW THE CLIENT/BRAND THE LINE

Here's the bit most agencies get wrong.
They hide the AI. Then the client finds out, and wonders what they're paying for.
Do the opposite. Tell them the AI handles the numbers every morning, so your hours go into the right column: their content, their creators, their decisions.
That's not a cheaper agency. That's a sharper one.

THAT'S A WRAP
Until Friday,
- Paul 👊
P.S. If you are lazy like me….. don't bother reading this, just paste this email's link into your AI and tell it to run the check on one client.
