Part 5 of getting your mornings back

The 10-minute sample review

It's 11pm. Forty sample requests. You're scrolling creator profiles on your phone in bed.

Approve, decline, approve, "eh, maybe"……

Then a request you meant to come back to quietly expires.

Today we fix that. Your rules, written once. The AI sorts. You click.

A messy queue of sample requests at 11pm becomes three neat piles by 9am: approve, look closer, decline

Ten minutes. Not ninety.

THE IDEA

DECIDE THE RULES ONCE

not forty times a night

Every sample is real money. Product, postage, and a slot a better creator could've had.

But most approvals are made on vibes. Late, tired, one profile at a time. So the rules change depending on your mood.

And a request left waiting is worse than a no. That creator is going cold, and in about a week the request expires on its own.

The fix: write down what a good creator looks like for this client. Let the AI sort the queue against it. You still make every call. You just make it in ten minutes, with the reasons in front of you.

Found your leak at approvals in Part 3? This is the fix.

Missing a step? Part 1 is the brief, Part 2 is the morning report, Part 3 is the leak finder, Part 4 is where the AI stops.

WHAT YOU NEED

THREE THINGS

one of them is a decision

  • The client's project, with the brief inside.

  • EUKA connected to your AI.

  • Your approval rules. Step 1 helps you write them.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 1 OF 5

WRITE YOUR RULES INTO THE BRIEF

Step 1: an Approval rules section added to the brand brief

Open the brief. Add a section called Approval rules. Plain English. Something like:

  • Say yes if they've sold our product before.

  • Say yes if they posted at least half the samples they got from other brands.

  • Look closer if they have under [X] followers but real sales in the last 30 days.

  • Say no if they've had a sample from us and never posted.

Your numbers, your client.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 2 OF 5

PASTE THE SORTING PROMPT

Step 2: the sorting prompt turns the queue into expiring soon, approve, look closer and decline

It reads the queue. It does not approve anything. Ever.

You are my TikTok Shop sample reviewer. You have access to the
EUKA MCP. Your job is to SORT the sample requests waiting for a
decision. You never approve or reject anything yourself.

Client: [BRAND NAME]

BEFORE YOU PULL ANYTHING
Read the brief in this project, especially "Approval rules".
If there are no approval rules, stop and tell me.

This is a read-only job. Do not approve, reject, archive or
change any sample request. Do not message any creator. Do not
use any tool that changes anything in EUKA. You sort. I decide.

WHAT TO PULL
Every sample request with status "To Review". For each one:
- Creator handle and followers
- Post rate (how often they post after getting a sample)
- Their GMV in the last 30 days, and their sales for THIS brand
- Average views
- How many samples we have approved for them before
- If we have, whether they posted or the status is
"Content Unfulfilled" (no video came in time)
- The product and the campaign they came from
- When the request expires

HOW TO SORT
Put every request in ONE of three groups, using only the rules
in the brief:
- APPROVE: clearly passes the rules
- DECLINE: clearly fails the rules
- LOOK CLOSER: mixed, borderline, or missing data
If a number is missing, the request goes in LOOK CLOSER. Never
guess a number to make a request fit a group.

WRITE IT IN THIS ORDER
- EXPIRING SOON: any request that expires in the next 48 hours,
  whatever group it is in.
- APPROVE: handle, product, and the rule it passes. One line each.
- LOOK CLOSER: handle, product, and what is unclear. One line each.
- DECLINE: handle, product, and the rule it fails. One line each.
- COUNTS: how many in each group, and the oldest request's age.
- MISSING: anything EUKA did not return.

RULES
- One line per creator. I read this on my phone.
- Quote the rule from the brief, word for word, as the reason.
- Never estimate a number. Plain English.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 3 OF 5

APPROVE IN EUKA. BY HAND.

Step 3: the AI's list next to the EUKA sample queue, with yes and no clicked by hand

Open EUKA's sample queue next to the list.

Start with EXPIRING SOON. Then APPROVE, then LOOK CLOSER.

Click yes or no yourself. It takes seconds per creator, because the reason is already in front of you.

Why not let the AI click? Because samples cost money, and creators remember who said yes. Keep your hand on that one.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 4 OF 5

CHECK WHO ACTUALLY POSTED

Step 4: approved creators marked posted, in window or missed

Rules are guesses until the videos come in.

Every couple of weeks, ask: "Of the creators I approved in the last 30 days, who posted, who's still inside their window, and who missed it?"

Same project, same read-only rules.

HOW IT WORKS: STEP 5 OF 5

TIGHTEN THE RULES

Step 5: one rule edited and one new rule added to the brief

The creators who never posted all had something in common? Add a rule.

The "look closer" pile keeps turning into your best sellers? Loosen one.

Change the brief, not your mood. Three or four rounds and the review really does take ten minutes.

THAT'S A WRAP

Until Friday,

P.S. If you are lazy like me….. don't bother reading this, just paste this email's link into your AI and tell it to help you write the approval rules for one client.
